Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Casheo (“Casheo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, offers, surveys, games, cashback services, rewards, referral features, learning tools and related services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and located in a country where Casheo makes the Services available. If you are under the age at which you can enter into these Terms or consent to the processing of your personal information in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and consent to your use of the Services. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law or if we have previously suspended or closed your account for a breach of these Terms. The Services are for individual, personal use only. Individual offers, surveys, rewards or payment methods may have higher age requirements, which will be shown in their applicable rules.

2. Your account

You may maintain only one account unless we give you written permission otherwise. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity on your account. Contact us promptly at support@casheo.co if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts, points, balances, eligibility and rewards may not be sold or transferred.

3. Earning points, cashback and rewards

Casheo lets eligible users earn points or cashback by completing qualifying activities offered by Casheo or third-party partners. An advertised amount is an offer, not a guarantee of payment. Credit is earned only after the relevant activity is completed in accordance with its stated requirements, tracked successfully, and validated by Casheo and the applicable partner.

Tracking can fail when cookies are blocked, an ad blocker or VPN is used, a link is not followed correctly, or a purchase or activity is cancelled, returned, duplicated, ineligible or otherwise rejected. Pending amounts may be delayed, adjusted, reversed or withheld when a partner does not confirm the activity, a transaction is refunded, or we reasonably suspect error, abuse or fraud. Unless expressly stated otherwise, points have no cash value outside Casheo and are not a bank deposit, stored-value account or other financial product.

4. Redemptions and verification

Redemptions are subject to the displayed minimum balance, availability, processing times and any reward-specific conditions. We may require email, phone, identity, liveness, payment-account or other verification before issuing a reward. You are responsible for providing correct delivery or payment details and for any taxes associated with your earnings. Reward options and exchange rates can change before a redemption is confirmed. Except where required by law, fulfilled digital rewards cannot be cancelled, exchanged or replaced after delivery.

5. Referrals and promotions

Referral bonuses and promotions are governed by the rules shown with the relevant offer, including eligibility, qualifying events, limits and expiry dates. You must not send spam, mislead people, impersonate Casheo, bid on Casheo trademarks, or create accounts or transactions to generate artificial rewards. We may change or end a promotion and reverse rewards obtained contrary to its rules.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • provide false information or misrepresent your identity, location or eligibility;
  • use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, multiple accounts, VPNs or other means to manipulate tracking or rewards;
  • complete an offer more than permitted or interfere with surveys, partners, security controls or other users;
  • access another person's account, probe or disrupt the Services, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or reverse engineer protected parts of the Services;
  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or commercially exploitative purposes; or
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

7. Third-party services

Offers, surveys, games, retailers, payment methods and links may be provided by independent third parties. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to your dealings with them. Casheo does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, content, availability, decisions or conduct. A reference to a third party does not imply endorsement.

8. Intellectual property

Casheo and its licensors own the Services and their software, design, branding and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that licence.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

We may modify, pause or discontinue any part of the Services. We may investigate activity, place a redemption or account on hold, reverse improperly credited amounts, or suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached, verification was not completed, fraud or risk is present, or action is needed to protect Casheo, our partners or users. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, the continued availability of any offer or reward, or that using the Services will produce a particular level of earnings. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casheo will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or losses caused by third-party services. Casheo's total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to you through the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or £100. These limits do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law or our practices. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

13. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganisation, sale or transfer of the Services. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law are not affected.
